As a Fortune 500 company, Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) is a global leader providing technology processing services for financial institutions. With over 20 years of consulting and financial services experience, Jim leads our FIS Portfolio Management business. Working with board members and executive teams, Jim helps financial institutions align and market their card programs is exceed their strategic objectives. He guides FIS clients to build profitable long-term cardholder relationships by responding to card portfolio behaviors and actively managing portfolio performance.

Prior to joining FIS in January 2007, Jim held several leadership positions within the financial services industry. Most recently, Jim led a global team building MasterCard’s Rewards Services business. Having held senior management positions at CitiCards, MBNA, and FleetBoston, including client management of scores of card portfolios with total valuation exceeding $2 billion. Jim has deep experience within our card industry.

Jim is a MBA graduate from the University of Kansas and maintains his CPA credentials from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
