Regina Egea Senior Vice President AT&T Global Business Segment Marketing In March of 2007, Regina Egea was appointed Senior Vice President for Global Business Segment Marketing. In this role, she drives the marketing programs and sales support resources designed to achieve our objectives with our Business and Government clients worldwide. AT&T’s ambition to be “the only communications provider our clients ever need” is made tangible and achievable for those clients through our marketing communications, positioning and sales events. Measuring and constantly improving our Clients Experience with AT&T also plays a key role in the realization of our goals. Regina’s team directly and indirectly provides marketing insights and leadership in each of these categories throughout our worldwide markets. For the year prior to this assignment, Regina was Senior Vice President-Global Sales Enablement for AT&T’s Enterprise and Government Markets. She directly led the teams responsible for providing technical consulting and critical negotiations support for our sales teams in each of our four regions: North America, EMEA, Latin America and Asia Pac. In this role, she directed sales support resources including: complex network engineering; new and emerging product launches; as well as overall Bid Construction and Contract Delivery. In her previous assignment, Regina was AT&T’s Business Vice President of Global Bandwidth, Access and Mobility Product Management. She led the development, deployment, and ongoing P&L oversight of AT&T’s Business Private Line services as well as Dedicated Access services including Ethernet, DSL and Mobility around the world. As part of her role, Regina worked with emerging suppliers, new technology entrants, as well as AT&T Labs to deliver innovative alternatives to traditional access providers and services worldwide. Ms. Egea began her AT&T career as a Business Account Executive in New York City. Since then, she has held a variety of assignments in sales, marketing, network field operations and human resources. Her responsibilities have ranged from leading a Los Angeles-based National Account Sales Team generating over $30M in AT&T revenue, to managing over 3,000 data network operations technicians and managers nationwide. Regina holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from Fordham University at Lincoln Center in NYC, a B.A. from Montclair State University in New Jersey, and has also completed the Institute for Management Development’s Executive Programme in Lausanne, Switzerland.
