Eileen Zicchino is the Chief Marketing Officer for the JPMorgan Chase Treasury & Securities Services business. In this capacity, she is responsible for brand management, strategic product marketing, collateral development, client and employee communications, business intelligence, syndicated and proprietary research, advertising, media relations, Internet management and client events on a global scale.

A member of the firm’s Marketing Council and Brand Architecture Board, Zicchino also represents the firm to S.W.I.F.T. for marketing activities.

Zicchino joined JPMorgan Chase as the Treasury Services Marketing Executive in January 1999 after 10 years with Citigroup, where she held a variety of marketing positions in Cash Management, Global Transaction Services, the Global Relationship Bank, the Latin America Consumer Bank and Global Operations & Technology. She represented the Consumer and Corporate Operations & Technology groups on the communications task force during the merger of Citicorp with Travelers Group.

Prior to joining Citigroup, Zicchino was Marketing Director of Global Asset Management for Bankers Trust Company and head of Marketing for the Cash Management Division of The Bank of New York.

Prior to entering the banking industry, Zicchino spent seven years at the American Stock Exchange, most recently as head of Marketing Research.

Zicchino is a graduate of St. Peter's College in New Jersey, and is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators, the Business Marketing Association and the Association for Financial Professionals.
