Nikki started her career in the hotel industry where she gained a Hotel Management Diploma from Three Cities Hotel Group as well as completing her B-Com through Unisa. During her 9 years with Yum! she has led the KFC brand to be the dominant player within the Fast Food Sector, to be one of SA’s best loved advertisers and to Generation Next’s Coolest Restaurant brand. A highlight being KFC’s recognition as “Marketing Organisation of the Year 2008”. Her fascination with consumer communication, food and financials has been a continuous theme through her career. From Unilever to Yum! she has been lucky enough to effortlessly combine her passion with business.
