Rick Seeto is Director, Solutions and Marketing  for Avaya across APAC. In this role, Rick is responsible for the delivery of fit for purpose products and solutions across the APAC theatre and accountable for the portfolio revenue objectives. Rick also leads the Marketing function for APAC and is responsible for delivering a world class marketing program to support the APAC theatre growth objectives.

Rick joined Avaya on Dec 21st 2009. A 20 year veteran of Nortel, Rick has held a number of senior management positions in Asia including CIO, Vice President of Enterprise Networks Asia, and as CMO for Asia.

Rick brings a wealth of experience across the Enterprise business including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service and Partner Programs and Development to his new role and is an enthusiastic supporter of APAC customer and partner success.

Rick completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School and is an energetic and committed leader.

Rick is based in Sydney.
