Tomoyoshi Shigenobu is responsible for all aspects of marketing, strategic planning and operations for Shizuki Electric in China. Prior to joining Shizuki, he held various sales, marketing and strategic planning roles within the NEC Corporation for Communications and IT, and had resided in Cairo, Tehran, Beijing, and Shanghai.

He received his MBA degree from Tama Graduate School of Management & Information Sciences. He also presides over the Shanghai Marketing & Strategy Workshop (SMSW), a group exceeding 140 people who are interested in marketing and strategy.

Shizuki Electric Co., Inc. is a professional manufacturer of capacitors and visual message devices that has been in operation since 1939. Shizuki launched the branch in Shanghai, China in May 2006 and assigned Tomoyoshi Shigenobu as the president. From its inception, Shizuki has maintained a policy of innovation in technology development and providing high performance products. Shizuki continues to satisfy customer demand as a complete supplier from components to complete systems, based on its’ capacitor expertise and pride in manufacturing.
