Albert Visscher is responsible for Marketing, Public Relations, Marketing Communications and Demand Generation across the APJ region. Albert has more than fifteen years of experience in Marketing, Alliances and Sales with some of the world’s most prestigious IT companies. He has spent more than nine years in the Asia Pacific region. He began his career at Sterling Commerce as Manager for e-Marketplaces responsible for creating, developing and marketing Sterling Commerce’s Intelligent Commerce Exchange solution. This resulted in the first ever Alliance agreement between Arthur Andersen and Compaq. After which he was made responsible for overseeing all Marketing and Partner activities in the region as the Asian Alliances and Marketing Manager.

In the last three years, as the Marketing Director, Albert has doubled the marketing organization, contributed more the 20% to the sales pipeline and significantly increased the ROI from marketing. Prior to joining Sterling Commerce, Albert Visscher served as the Marketing and Business Development manager with PwC. Besides managing the APJ marketing team he was responsible for cultivating the relationship with Oracle and helped establish PwC as the preferred consulting partner, increasing Consulting revenue with 200%. Albert also worked in Sales for Oracle in Europe for 3 years. Meeting sales targets every year.

Albert holds a Master of Business Administration from Loyola, Sellinger School of Management in Baltimore.
