Mike joined the board of Hilton International as Senior Vice President, Marketing in 2000. He is responsible for all aspects of marketing, brand management and e.commerce in Hilton’s international operations, including the UK.

Mike started his career with Procter & Gamble, spending 8 years in a variety of senior positions before joining Johnson & Johnson in 1989. In 1994 Mike became Head of Marketing for ScotRail and in 1997 entered the hotel industry, joining UK hotels and leisure group Stakis as Group Marketing Director. He moved to Hilton 2 years later.

Mike has an MBA and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing
