Andrew is the General Manager for London and South East England within BT's UK Regions team, responsible for developing and maintaining effective external relationships with key opinion formers across the region to enhance the reputation of BT and ensure that BT's strategic objectives are both understood and aligned with those of partners. In addition, Andrew and his team ensure that BT's business units better understand and respond to the diverse communities in which they operate.

Prior to his current position, Andrew held a number of increasingly senior marketing positions across BT, covering the full range of marketing disciplines. Most recently he ran a team responsible for marketing activity to some 500 of BT's largest commercial customers spread across more than twenty different market sectors, with annual revenues to BT in excess of £1.5bn, within BT's Global Services division. Whilst in BT Global Services, Andrew's team were recognised with a Gold Award from the IT Services Marketing Association (ITSMA), a global industry body, for standout achievement in demand generation. More recently, the team were recognised again by the ITSMA with a Diamond Award for Marketing Leadership.

Andrew holds an MBA from City University (now Cass) Business School, a postgraduate diploma in marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and an MSc in Strategic Marketing Management from Ashcroft International Business School. In addition, he is a member of both the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Marketing Society, and a Liveryman in the Worshipful Company of Marketors, a City Livery Company with a membership of senior marketing professionals.
