Nick Eades is currently Vice President, Marketing, EMEA for Nortel, with a career in marketing spanning some of the most respected companies in the technology sector, during some of the most exciting times.

He has a special focus on business transformation, segmentation and re-focussing Marketing teams to contribute more effectively to a company’s profitability & growth.

In recent times, he has served as the EMEA Director of Strategy at Avaya, and previously as the General Manager, Marketing, in BT Global Services’ Traditional Business (call, lines, private circuits, etc), driving over £2bn in annual revenues for the BT Group.

He was also Director of Marketing for the corporate venture company, Fujitsu Siemens Computers in the UK and Ireland Region.

Prior to this role, Eades lead Marketing at Dell's UK B2B operation where he spent 5 years, the last 3 years as Marketing Director for the largest commercial business outside of the USA. During this time Dell became the No.1 IT vendor in the UK market.

Eades has spent almost 20 years in high tech marketing, including 11 years with IBM where he held a wide range of progressively senior product marketing positions in both the UK and European Headquarters in Paris.
