CLOSE TEAM INVENTION SESSION
The London Invention Session will bring together 36 executives to form six corporate teams consisting with an equal participant mix drawn from sales, business development, channel, and field, regional and corporate marketing to accomplish the following:
- Engage in activities, ideation sessions and facilitated exercises to develop best practices in sales effectiveness through optimized sales & marketing alignment across different industry sectors (technology, telecommunications, financial services, entertainment/media, manufacturing, pharma/life science, etc.)
- Facilitate and map the relationships and human interactions that lead to the alignment of sales and marketing
- Create dynamic breakaway sessions where individual teams engage in interactive problem-solving and best practice development sessions led by a professional facilitator
- Present key learning from each session as work product available for download by CLOSE community and beyond
