Executive Director - Marketing, Corporate Affairs & Retail Alpha G: Corp Mr. Prodipta Sen is co-founder and Executive Director of Marketing, Corporate Affairs & Retail at Alpha G: Corp Development Private Limited. Mr. Sen was invited to join as part of the core team of Alpha G: Corp with equity participation in November 2003. As an active member of the Alpha Team, he heads Retail, Vertical, Marketing, Sales, Administration and Corporate Affairs and is also responsible for strategising Alpha G: Corp’s brand image and establishing the correct public perception of its projects. Mr. Sen also spearheads the Retail vertical for Alpha G: Corp and has attained new standards of interaction, trust and cooperation in the large-scale retail developments of Alpha G: Corp. Mr. Sen also introduced the Revenue Share Model for the company’s retail developments, ‘AlphaOne’, by incorporating a fresh, professional approach where retailers are now able to feel the confidence to share CAM at actuals. To promote optimum co-ordination and co-operation between the residents of Alpha G: Corp’s debut residential project, GurgaonOne and to sustain it as a model habitat, Alpha G: Corp along with the residents formed the Residential Welfare Association during the hand-over. Under Mr. Sen’s Presidentship, he undertook the responsibility for 3 years and one of the most significant milestone left behind was the arrangement of evolving a system of transparency and the decision making process on the basis of consensus. GurgaonOne was during that time short-listed as semi-finalist for the Asia Pacific Sustainability Project of the Year Award, a category for Sustainable Projects featuring Green Projects from the entire Asia Pacific Region.

Mr. Rakesh Bamzai has been associated with the biopharmaceutical industry in India for over 15 years and currently serves as President of Marketing at Biocon Ltd and is also a part of the key management at Biocon. Biocon was established in 1978 as an enzyme company but since the late '90s has developed into a fully integrated biopharmaceutical enterprise. Vice President, Marketing & Communications, India/South Asia IBM Virginia Sharma is the Vice-President of Marketing, Communications and Corporate Citizenship for IBM India/South Asia. Director - Marketing (South Asia) Intel Technologies India Prakash Bagri is currently Intel's Director of Marketing for South Asia and responsible for driving brand and market growth strategies for all Intel’s products and technologies in the region. Director - Marketing Roamware Srinivas B Vijayaraghavan has a decade of marketing experience behind him with companies such as IBM, HP and Tejas Networks. Director - Marketing Steria India Mr. Sachdev Ramakrishna has a rich and variegated professional experience, spanning two decades across a spectrum of industry sectors. His first stint straight out of college was with the engineering major, Larsen & Toubro Limited, Bombay, wherein, as a commissioning engineer, he started up cement factories, totaling about 8 million tons of annualized capacity in collaboration with FL Smidth A/S of Denmark. Marketing Lead - Insurance Business Unit Tata Consultancy Services Ashish Shetty heads Marketing for the Insurance Industry Business Unit at Tata Consultancy Services, a USD 8.2 billion global IT services, consulting and business solutions organization. In his decade of experience in the IT industry he has served in a variety of business and consulting roles and is currently responsible for worldwide integrated marketing and communications including brand building, demand generation, analyst/partner relationship, digital marketing and market research. Prior to joining the Tatas in 2004, Ashish worked as an e-Business consultant with a large Dairy company in the Middle East. EVP - Marketing & Communications STAR India Gayatri Yadav is the EVP and Marketing Director for STAR India. In her new capacity, Yadav will report to the CEO and will lead channel marketing, media planning and buying, presentation, network brand strategy, consumer insights, affiliate marketing, and events for the network. Yadav has more than 18 years of experience in marketing. Her last assignment was as marketing director, General Mills India. She joined the company as the second employee and led the launch and development of a portfolio of food brands, most notably the flagship brand, Pillsbury Atta. She was with the company for about 14 years. Earlier, Yadav worked with Procter & Gamble India. She has a strong marketing functional experience across brand building, communication development, strategy planning, market research/consumer insight, new product development and launch support, and trade marketing/sales support. Gayatri has been recognised among the "Top 10 Women Marketers in India" (Brand Equity, Times of India article: 2004) and has been awarded "India’s Greatest Brand Builders" by BVMSR (2005).

Ms. Harris is also the first hospitality executive representative to be named by a leading business publication to India’s prestigious list of the top 50 women (two years in a row) whose proven leadership skills have helped them successfully break through the glass ceiling to triumph in their fields. She began her career as a features editor with India’s only Fashion magazine of the time, where she spent two years shaping editorial coverage and trends. Vice President - Brand Marketing Tata Sky Ltd. Vikrant Mudaliar currently heads Brand Marketing for Tata Sky Ltd- the leading DTH television company in India. He is a founder member of the Tata Sky team and has been with Tata Sky since 2005.
