He is a member of Deloitte Uruguay since 2005. In 2010, he got MBA Certificate issued by IE Business School, he was honoured by the BGS society for the performance. He is currently a Professor of Financial accounting for the Global MBA at the IE Business School. He started at Deloitte rendering audit services to global clients in the agribusiness, manufacturing, financial industry and consumer business industries and performing all steps of the professional career. The experience of rendering services for many multinational and public national companies in Uruguay gave him the ability to dominate all key accounting areas with focus on IFRS. At present, Christian is part of Deloitte’s Strategic & Business Development Managers, where he is responsible for Clients & Markets department - related to business intelligence - the top priorities being: creating a common language and understanding for Deloitte's most important clients and targets through a proper management of our overall relationship with clients and targets focusing in measuring our performance, identifying, developing and converting opportunities to increase our portfolio. Mauro Gonzalez is Vice President Sales & Marketing for Kuehne + Nagel Mexico, an international logistics and supply chain provider based in Mexico City. He is in charge of the entire company’s sales and marketing strategy, implementation, development of top accounts, and R &D. He is also responsible for all supply chain services, market intelligence, and management of the whole sales force for 20 branches in Mexico (75 people in total). He left the airline industry for several years before joining Copa in his present position.
