Andrea Padilla joined Celistics, a leading provider of planning and logistic solutions in Latin America, as its Marketing Director in April 2013 and spearheaded the rebranding of the company. She is a recognized as one of the top marketers in Latin America and speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Previously as the Director of Marketing for Latin America and the Caribbean at Marriott International, Andrea was responsible for all brand marketing and messaging pull-though in target source markets. She also developed the strategy and managed the execution of multi-brand marketing plans through an integrated mix of marketing tools including advertising, direct marketing, eCommerce, distribution channels, promotions, and public relations. Ricardo Oberlander's professional life spans more than 30 years, most of them dedicated to B2C and B2B marketing through local, regional and global roles. He started his career in 1984 at Xerox Brazil. In 1989, he joined British American Tobacco in Brazil (Souza Cruz), and in 1991, he moved to the U.K. to lead projects in product and trade research. After moving back to Brazil in 1994, he held various roles in marketing (intelligence, brand management, sales and trade marketing) in Souza Cruz. In 2000, he joined Telemar (renamed as Oi), the largest telecom group in the country at the time to head the small and medium enterprise business unit, along with the responsibility for broadband and long distance services. In 2002, he joined BAT's Latin America region to lead a two-year project that contributed to fully revamping marketing planning and targeting in the group. Oberlander then moved to become Marketing Director for BAT Malaysia, where he held full functional accountabilities of the company for more than three years. At the end of this assignment, he worked on a project to redefine the marketing structure and way of working for the whole BAT Asia-Pacific region. In 2007, he took over the role of Regional Head of Marketing for BAT Latin America, soon expanded to the Americas with the inclusion of Canada. In 2010, he moved to France as General Manager. In 2012, he moved to London as Global Consumer Director, and in 2013, he joined the BAT (LSE: BATS) Management Board as Regional Director for the Americas. He became Chairman of the Board of Souza Cruz (BM&F BOVESPA: CRUZ3) in 2013 and joined the Board of Directors for Reynolds American (NYSE: RAI) in 2015. Renata Talarico Petrovic is currently the Head of Marketing for HSBC Brazil. Her responsibilities include marketing for the brand, retail banking and wealth management, as well as communications for all channels. Since joining the bank five years ago, she has launched and consolidated the wealth management positioning of HSBC locally and developed product campaigns that produced high conversion rates with significant impact on brand consideration. She is also part of the United Way Woman's Leadership Council, Puerto Rico Chapter. Eva received her MBA in International Marketing from the Sacred Heart University in Puerto Rico and a jointed, double MBA degree in Global Management from the Graduate School of Business at Foro Europeo in Navarre, Spain. Totti is Executive Vice President of Uno Radio Group, the largest radio group in Puerto Rico with 13 stations (AM & FM) and a production company; responsible for the marketing, sales, promotion, events and web sites. Totti was instrumental in the creation of the first radio conglomerate in the Puerto Rico Market, Prime Media Broadcast Group, and the revamping of the radio as a $100+ million dollar industry. He also was in charge of the consolidation of three radio companies in what is today SBS Radio in Puerto Rico, an eleven station company and the complete launching into the market. Cristina M. de la Hoz is Senior Director of Brand and Sponsorships Marketing for Visa Inc., Latin America and Caribbean Region. In this capacity, she heads brand strategy and design, sponsorships marketing and management, as well as client activation platforms for the region. She has held this role since 2010. Previously, Ms. de la Hoz led the Integrated Marketing Communications area, where she was responsible for developing brand and product integrated campaigns, as well as overseeing digital marketing, agency management and regional media. In her time at Visa, Ms. de la Hoz has held multiple positions within the marketing organization leading various important initiatives, and has been instrumental to the company’s marketing and branding efforts in Latin America. She led the regional development and activation of numerous global marketing platforms, including the 2014 FIFA World Cup and the 2012 Olympics. For several years, she managed marketing planning and implementation in seven Latin American markets after working to establish local client marketing funds. She began her career in the company’s public relations and media relations area. Ms. de la Hoz earned a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University in Washington D.C. She is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Portuguese. Ms. de la Hoz resides in Miami.
Maria Fernanda Meza is the Merchandising Director for Walmart eCommerce, the online store for the largest global retailer worldwide. Previously, she was the Global Category Manager for Havaianas at Alpargatas S.A., where she was responsible for the overall strategy definition and management of the global product portfolio. She also played a key role in strategic initiatives related to the brand such as retailing, sustainability and innovation. Prior to that, as New Business Manager for Havaianas, Fernanda took a leading role in charge of a broad range of relevant projects and initiatives related to brand extension platforms and the design and implementation of Havaianas Concept-Store, that became an internationally-awarded reference in retail experience. Previously she accumulated more than 10 years of experience in retail and in the fashion business having worked for relevant players in Brazil. Fernanda graduated from Universidade de Sao Paulo with a degree in Business Administration, and has completed postgraduate studies in Communication from ESPM / Brazil and a MBA with specialization in Retail from Universidade de Sao Paulo and a MBA in Leadership from IBMEC/ Brazil.

Rodrigo was the Sales and Marketing Director for Spanish South America at the Warner Brothers Home Entertainment Group, based in Sao Paul, Brazil. He was responsible for the management in this region of all the Home Entertainment businesses (Home Video, Games and Digital Distribution). He managed the businesses working through the licensees and clients to achieve profitable growth for all WB and distributed content. He also developed effective programs and structures to drive market leadership and expressive growth. Previously, Rodrigo was the Marketing Director Games at Warner Interactive, responsible for the marketing strategy, planning, P&L and implementation at retailers of WB, Electronics Arts (EA) and Codemasters Video Games (for Playstation, Nintendo and Microsoft Xbox consoles). He was also responsible for the marketing strategy and results of home video (DVD and Blu-ray) in Latin America, offering support to the region’s licensees. Milton Longobardi is the Secretary of Tourism for Campos do Jordao, a municipality located in the state of Sao Paulo in Brazil. He reports directly to newly-elected mayor Fred Guidoni. His main task is to recuperate the citizens' self-esteem and increase the number of visitors all year round to develop the economy and create more jobs. Longobardi was for more than 7 years Marketing & Sales Director for São Paulo Tourism – the official entity to promote São Paulo City as tourism destination – and responsible for the strategy that brings more than 12 million visitors a year to Sao Paulo. Previously, Longobardi held senior positions working in all facets of marketing, sales and advertising in Brazil, Argentina, Chile and United States in corporations like Nextel, Citibank, Gillette, Johnson&Johnson, Bocsh, AIG, Combe Inc., Young&Rubicam, Wunderman, Interpublic Group of Co., Abril Publishing and RBS Media Group.
