New: Hope Frank

Nexusguard, a pioneering Internet security solutions provider, announced the appointment of Hope Frank to the post of Global Chief Marketing Officer. Ms. Frank was named a global top 50 CMO by both Forbes and CEO World in 2014. She will bring the same marketing leadership to Nexusguard that she exhibited in her time at Codenomicon, the security firm she made famous for discovering and branding the Heartbleed bug and its resolution.

Saujanya Shrivastava

Online company MakeMyTrip has appointed Saujanya Shrivastava as its new chief marketing officer. Shrivastava will be responsible for leading marketing initiatives across the company’s business lines and group entities and his key areas of focus will involve strengthening brand association with leisure travel, driving customer engagement & loyalty, and the mobile platform.

Brenda Freeman

Brenda Freeman has been named chief marketing officer for National Geographic Channel and Nat Geo Wild, the latest appointment by chief executive Courteney Monroe, who took the reins of the operation last April.

Dmitry “Dima” Ivanov

Bacardi has appointed Dmitry “Dima” Ivanov, previously global category director of rums with the group, its new chief marketing officer as Andy Gibson steps down from the role. Ivanov, who most recently developed and launched the Bacardi Untameable Since 1862 global marketing campaign, will also take up the position of president of Bacardi Global Brands with immediate effect.

Jordan Schlachter

The National Bastketball Players Association (NBPA) Executive Director Michele Roberts announced that Jordan Schlachter, the Executive Vice President for The Marketing Arm's sports marketing and sponsorship consulting practice, has been appointed as the NBPA's first ever Chief Marketing Officer ("CMO").
