AT&T, CMP Media and Symantec to Underwrite CMO Council's 2006 Thought Leadership Initiatives Palo Alto, CA (February 16, 2006)— The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Council, an elite affinity group of chief marketing executives worldwide, today announced that AT&T, CMP Media LLC and Symantec have signed on as Global Headline Sponsors in 2006 to help drive the Council’s comprehensive programs f ocused on defining, aligning and elevating the role of marketing within global companies. The CMO Council is dedicated to high-level knowledge exchange, thought leadership and personal relationship building among nearly 2,000 senior marketing decision makers controlling more than $50 billion in annual marketing spend worldwide.
