John Goione is the Manager for Systems and Processes in the Parts Logistics division of BMW of North America, LLC. An employee with BMW NA for over 21 years, he has worked in the Engineering, IT, and most recently the Aftersales division of the company. Responsible for support and continuous improvement in the supply chain technology space, the most recent challenge being a medium to large scale implementation of SAP R/3 and SAP APO solution internally code named ATLAS.
