Chris Hylen joined the San Dimas, California, Division of Automatic Data Processing, Inc., in 2001 as Vice President, Tax & Financial Services where he was accountable for business development and product management for the $800 million West Coast division of ADP. He was subsequently promoted to lead Strategy, Business Development, Product Management and Marketing for Major Accounts, for the organization which is ADP’s largest division. In 2003, Hylen was transferred to ADP headquarters in Parsippany, New Jersey, as Senior Vice President of Major Accounts and given responsibility for market development, division strategy, product management for the $2.0 billion Division of Employer Services which had 65,000 clients, and a 1,250 associate sales organization with 17 processing centers. Prior to that, Hylen held senior marketing positions with Business.Com and Stamps.Com in Santa Monica, California, American Express in New York, and Comdata Corporation in Nashville, Tennessee. He holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania, and earned his Masters of Business Administration at Harvard Business School in Boston, Massachusetts in1986. |
