Shari Stein joined Standard & Poor’s in 2000 as Vice President of Marketing & Brand Management.  She is responsible for managing the organization’s global marketing and branding strategies, ensuring consistency in the company’s marketing communications efforts, and how the organization presents itself to the marketplace.  She also oversees the corporate website, as well as the internal design group and events marketing. 

Prior to joining Standard & Poor’s, Shari spent 18 years in advertising, working in senior account management positions at agencies including Grey Advertising, McCann-Erickson/Gotham and Hill, Holliday, in both New York and Boston.  She was responsible for building several well-known brands, including E*Trade, Sprint, Fidelity Investments and Fleet Boston – along with several other financial services and technology accounts.
