Digital has altered content strategies and heightened the need for more types and formats of content, according to 60 percent of respondents. Some marketers also believe that, to a lesser degree, digital has lowered costs while improving the impact of marketing investments (29 percent) and accelerated sales cycles, quickly moving prospects from an initial inquiry to an opportunity (17 percent).
