As CEO of Jetstar Airways, Stephanie’s 15 years of customer strategy, marketing and operational experience from the aviation, retail and professional services industries helps her to lead the highly talented Jetstar Airways team. She is passionate in the belief that customers are the most powerful marketers and that the key to ongoing success is knowing and authentically engaging our customers as individuals. Stephanie formerly worked at the Qantas Group in a variety of roles. She was appointed Chief Marketing Officer for Qantas Group after serving as the CMO for Qantas Loyalty. Previous Qantas Group roles include Head of Airline Loyalty and Head of Customer Experience Design. Prior to Qantas, Stephanie spent time working for David Jones, Ansett Australia and as a management consultant. Stephanie graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne in 1996.
