I am the Head of Digital Marketing at Absa Bank with 15 years experience in Financial Services and over 17 years in Marketing. I have my Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Strategic Marketing. I am a Chartered Marketing of the Marketing Association of SA (MASA) and an Assessor to mentor other marketers in the industry across verticals. I see myself as both a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for ROI and a value creator for businesses. Prior to Absa, I worked at Standard Bank, Nedbank, IBM and the Nampak division. I am a publisher and an influencer publishing all things marketing and digital marketing on LinkedIn and BizCommunity. My responsibility is to challenge mediocrity within marketing spheres and drive change and transformation across Africa by actively participating in conversations. My priority currently is to redefine marketing in the new era and craft a view for the future.
