Roger Neale-May is Managing Director of Neale-May & Partners, an advertising and promotions agency in Cape Town, South Africa. Roger has a solid background in agricultural commodity group, food/beverage, retail, hospitality and consumer product marketing. At 26 he became the youngest Senior Product Manager in the history of Stellenbosch Farmers Winery. He was responsible for developing Mainstay and Old Buck Gin into market leaders. Through these brands he was also able to develop knowledge and experience of the burgeoning black consumer market. Roger's expertise in consumer marketing is complemented by in-depth retail understanding. His strengths include strategic planning, corporate positioning, brand building, sales promotions, merchandising and incentive programs, special events management and sponsorship development. He is also Regional Director of GlobalFluency, Inc. and a CMO Council advisory board member in Africa & the Middle East.
