Oghenerukevwe Toka is focused on creating value and building breakthrough brands. He employs the best practices and principles of marketing to maximize business growth. He has a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Benin, a Master’s in Business Administration degree from the University of South Wales and several professional development certifications from leading global institutions such as INSEAD, The Wharton School, IBM, IE Business School, Google and Northwestern Kellogg School of Management. He spent the last 10 years working across Technology, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, and Media industries in roles of increasing responsibility, where he garnered several notable achievements while managing some of the world’s most iconic brand portfolios including The HEINEKEN Company, Unilever, The Coca-Cola Company and more recently at Nestle’s Central & West Africa region where he is leading strategy, profitable revenue growth & expansion of the MAGGI brand in Nigeria, the largest seasoning market in the world and the most chosen seasoning brand by consumers in Nigeria and the world. Oghenerukevwe Toka is highly values-driven, a lifelong learner, and a servant leader with a purpose to help people succeed at all levels, across all facets of life and in line with this, he serves as a Marketing Coach and Chief Operating Officer of Brand Management Academy, Nigeria's fastest-growing marketing school where he has coached over 150 professionals and contributed to their career and entrepreneurial advancement. He also serves as the Lagos Chapter Lead for Alumni of Beyond Limits Africa, an initiative, born out of a desire to help young people become the best versions of themselves and founded by Juliet Ehimuan, Google’s Regional Director for West Africa.
