Firdaus Shariff is Schneider Electric’s Vice President of Marketing, Communications and Digital Customer Experience and has ownership for their overall Brand to Order initiatives for the Middle East and Africa zone. She has responsibility for the strategy and development of their marketing function, including brand reputation and perception, demand generation and digital customer engagement and experience. She is a member of the Global Marketing International Operations Leadership team.

Firdaus brings over 17 years of experience in building new markets, increasing market share and brand visibility and driving a digital-first mindset. She is passionate about leading and managing highly effective teams and spent eight years in marketing at Cisco and a further nine years at SAP. Most recently, Firdaus has been recognized with the ‘Woman Super Achiever Award’ and ‘Most Influential CMO Award’ for the ME Region, from the ME and Asia CMO Council, ‘Marketing Maestro’ at the Reseller ME Awards and ‘Women in Leadership Achievement Award’ from the World Federation of Marketing Professionals. Firdaus holds a B.Tech. in Software Engineering from the University of British Columbia in Canada.
