WEBTRENDS' HOPE FRANK APPOINTED TO NORTH AMERICA ADVISORY BOARD OF THE CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER (CMO) COUNCIL

Palo Alto, CA (February 29th, 2012) – The CMO Council, a global network of over 6,000 senior marketing executives controlling an estimated $330 billion in annual marketing spend, has selected Hope Frank, chief marketing officer for digital marketing and optimization leader Webtrends, to join its North American Advisory Board.


With more than 20 years of experience in all facets of marketing including brand, enterprise, digital media, social, mobile, broadcast, public relations, investor relations and M&A, Frank brings a welcomed global perspective to the CMO Council’s leadership group in North America. As the CMO of Webtrends, she leads worldwide marketing efforts and is charged with delivering results for many of Webtrends top tier global customers.


Prior to joining Webtrends, Frank led marketing at THX Ltd., Vivitar and SBC as well as Motricity where she guided the company through an IPO. Earlier, at FHP, a San Francisco branding and digital firm, she helped establish global brand standards for NIKE, launched the Starbucks Wi-Fi network, and delivered digital programs for a myriad of enterprise and financial clients.


In her new capacity as a CMO Council advisory board member, Frank is looking forward to the opportunity to connect with her peers and engage in the high-level knowledge exchange with many of the most prominent and respected marketing minds across industries.

As a part of her commitment to the organization, Frank will be participating at the upcoming Marketing 360 Exchange West Coast event conference hosted by the CMO Council with senior marketing executives from HP, IGT and The New York Times. The session will focus on CXM, customer experience management, and the reshaping of corporate culture through technology.
