Ophir Shalitin currently serves as the VP of Marketing and Strategy at NetOp.Cloud. Previously, he was Vice President of Marketing for N2WS, fast-growing market leader in backup software for Amazon Web Services. Prior to that, he was VP of Marketing for Cloudyn (acquired by Microsoft) where he was responsible for leading marketing teams to support the company's global hyper-growth. Before joining Cloudyn. He also served as Head of Funnel Marketing for Perfecto, building sales-marketing alignment processes and seeing triple digit growth every year, and Head of Global Marketing for Finjan Software (currently part of Trustwave). Shalitin started his career as a software engineer working in cryptography and cyber security, transitioning to marketing leadership roles two decades ago, serving mainly in software companies and startups, primarily in the B2B arena. In these companies he held global or EMEA-focused responsibilities. During or after his tenure, 7 of these startups were successfully acquired. He holds a Master of Business Administration, specializing in Marketing and Finance from the Tel-Aviv University and is a graduate of the Wharton GCP program.
