Maggie is an experienced leader with extensive C-level experience. She served as the chief marketing/chief marketing & business development officer at four Am Law 200 law firms – Bradley Arant, Luce Forward (now part of Dentons), Sedgwick, and Best Best & Krieger. She was also CMO of LECG, a global publicly traded expert services and consulting firm, and CEO of Meritas, an international law firm association. Most recently, Maggie was senior client services director at Am Law 100 firm Womble Bond Dickinson before starting her own consulting firm. Her background includes crafting tailored initiatives to drive growth and revenue by optimizing company infrastructure efficiencies, instituting cross-selling initiatives, providing client relations and services training, and designing and implementing client feedback programs. (She architected one of the legal industry’s first client satisfaction programs, which she has personalized and utilized at every firm where she has worked.) Maggie has extensive experience designing marketing, communications, and business development workflows, and creating playbooks in collaboration with cross-operational teams of HR, recruiting, pricing, IT, and knowledge management personnel. As an example, she evaluated and redesigned the entire proposal workflow process and created an experience database for a firm that relied heavily on RFPs to generate new business. The result was an increased success rate that took the firm from 5% to nearly 50%, within a year.
