Kshitij Jain is a Passionate Marketer with over 20 years of experience in building Global Brands that are iconic and leaders in their category, across FMCG, Automotive, Financial Services, Retail, Media and EdTech.

 

He is presently, Director Marketing, India & APAC at Emeritus. 

 

Past stints include Marketing Leadership roles at NIIT, Aviva and Times Internet. At NIIT Ltd, as the CMO of the Consumer Business in India, he was responsible for the Brand and Customer Acquisition for the Retail Centre based business, and it’s transition to Digital Platforms and E-Commerce.

 

At Aviva, he led the Brand in India, and was a member of the Global Brand Steering Group. As part of the customer acquisition initiatives, he set up India’s largest mentorship programme for children as also a first of its kind also a virtual engagement platform for parents. At Aviva, he also led, NPS and Digital Transformation of Sales and e-commerce, which won the Aviva CEO and Global Customer Cup Awards. 

 

Prior to Aviva he was with Times Internet where he led their Automotive E-Com Website apart from Marketing for the digital properties of The Times of India and The Economic Times. He has also spent several years across leading Advertising agencies building brands like P&G (APAC), Dominos, Maruti Suzuki, Dabur, Marico and Bisleri amongst others.

 

Kshitij is an alumnus of MICA (Post Graduate Programme in Marketing & Brand Management) and ISB (Google Digital Insider Executive Education Programme).
