Mune is an Economist by training with a bachelor degree in Economics and a Masters in Economics degree student. Mune is also a (CPA) certified public accountant level four and a member of the Marketing society of Kenya , National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and an advisory board member to the CMO Council.

Mune's experience in marketing spans across various countries in Africa.


Current designation as the head of Research and marketing for Globacom Nigeria with a current task of heading Research and marketing in the development and rollout of Mobile money under the payment service bank license targeted at bridging the financial inclusion gap by adding more than 60 Million unbanked and under banked Nigerians to the financial sector.

South Sudan and Ethiopia

Successful 3 years Leading the marketing segment in developing and rollout of Mobile money in South Sudan and Ethiopia while developing adaptable toolkits for adoption across Africa.


More than 9 years at Safaricom the largest telecom in Kenya handling Research and Marketing to drive all facets in the telecomm industry from Data, Voice and Mobile money to achieve a continuous growth in customer acquisition, satisfaction and recommendation achieving a base of more than 30 million customers and growing.
