Su-Ann is the Marketing Lead at Deloitte Africa. She sits centrally in the Deloitte business in the Growth Office bringing together the industry marketing leads, Digital & Innovation and Sustainability & Climate teams across the African member firms, in collaboration with their global business, strategically driving growth marketing. In this role she has created integrated marketing campaigns inclusive of brand messaging, positioning, identity developing awareness, engagement and advocacy at clients. She leads multiple projects with key stakeholders and vendors where she brings innovative concepts to life. Su-Ann drives cross service line and global collaboration leveraging different market offerings, Deloitte Xcelerator and the Venture business uplifting start-ups in partnership with Grindstone a high growth entrepreneurship programme. She has led marketing for Digital Transformation - conceptualising the art of the possible at clients, and works closely with global alliance partners Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, SAP and ServiceNow to drive B2B marketing on the African continent. She disrupts traditional thinking, tells stories, creates - through imagination and challenges - the status quo by working with teams to inspire and innovate. Starting her career in consulting laid a foundation underpinned with customer-centred design, bringing a human element to the marketing world. Su-Ann is enthusiastic about digital marketing, the future of work, customer experience, behavioural marketing, design thinking, project management and connecting people. On a personal level Su-Ann started a voluntary based organisation in 2012 called Untamed Love. The organisation has a heart for Africa,  developing the youth both locally and nationally with specific emphasis placed on assisting youth within impoverished communities. Su-Ann believes making a difference and truly making an impact in everything you do is the key to finding your purpose.
