Instead, many organizations have crafted a loosely connected set of analytics tools, campaign monitoring and measurement solutions with multiple reports and views of the customer experience.


Marketing leaders must begin to develop strategies and adopt solutions that look beyond data aggregation and surface measures to gauge campaign performance.
