To further discuss the CMO Council’s latest thought leadership initiative, “Mastering Adaptive Customer Engagements: A Look Into How Today’s Marketing Leaders Are Driving Business Performance Across the Customer-Centric Enterprise,” a dinner series will be hosted from June through September. The upcoming dinner series will focus on why many organizations are failing to fully embrace the need to become truly customer-intuitive and how leaders can begin the journey toward developing a more connected and engaged customer experience model.
