Eileen Zicchino is Head of Client Strategy for Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Global Transaction Services (GTS) business. Prior to assuming this position, she was the Head of Global Sales and Solution Delivery.

Prior to joining the company in June 2015, Zicchino was Chief Marketing Officer for J.P. Morgan’s Treasury Services business and North American Global Corporate Bank, responsible for client segment marketing, strategic product marketing, client event marketing, proprietary and syndicated research, internal communications, client change-management activities, advertising, digital marketing and social media. In this role, she was accountable for delivering strategic marketing and communications initiatives that provided practical ways for sales to deliver profitable revenue growth and enabled product management to deliver commercially viable offerings. She led the global integration of the Treasury Services marketing functions following the merger with Bank One, including delivery of all merger communications, rebranding to three brands (Chase, J.P. Morgan and JPMorgan Chase) and ongoing marketing activities. 

Zicchino joined Chase, the heritage bank to J.P. Morgan, in 1999. Prior to that, she ran various marketing and communications teams at Citi, including those in support of expatriate banking and global enterprise bank operations and technology. She has held marketing leadership positions at BNY Mellon, Deutsche Bank (Bankers Trust Company), and NYSE MKT (American Stock Exchange).

She is a member of the Association for Financial Professional Editorial Advisory Board, a board member of the North American B2B CMO Council, and former President of the Board of the New York City Business Marketing Association. Zicchino is a summa cum laude graduate of Saint Peter’s University with a bachelor’s degree in management.
