With over 25 years experience in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry, Jaime Cardoso is currently Marketing Director of Kronos for Latin America, the global leader in Workforce Management providing companies with technology solutions to impact processes related to workforce productivity, efficiency and effectiveness. Jaime started his career at Hewlett-Packard Mexico as Distribution Development Manager (Marketing), Corporate Accounts Sales Manager and Sales to Distributors, where he implemented strategies and intelligence for distribution channel development, planning, product presentations and a strategy to reach competition clients. He also developed and updated account plans and coordinated the resources on distributors and clients. He then joined Cementos Mexicanos (CEMEX) as Manager of Distribution Channel, where he was in charge of development and implementation of strategies for Distribution Channel and training programs for both distributors and end users, as well as continuous improvement programs. At Spersa Group he was CEO of Integrations 2000, a company specializing in sales of ERP (JDEdwards, Xperte), CRM (Goldmine) and Autodesk. He also served as partner and commercial manager in Infonext, Senior distributor of HP, where he developed customer-oriented and profit generation strategies. At Microsoft Mexico he was Partner Developer Manager and Partner Account Manager. In these positions Jaime was responsible for the development of channels for medium-size companies, framework of communications, programs for business and strategy partners and programs oriented to Independent software vendors (ISVs) and System Integrators (SI) for the medium and small market. Jaime is a Cybernetics Engineer from La Salle University, with a Master’s degree in Management from Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM) and a postgraduate degree in High Sales Direction by the Virtual Educa International Association (ASIVE).
