Komal serves as the Marketing Director, Solutions and Industry- EMEA at ServiceNow. As a marketing & sales leader with multi-cultural experience, she has had previous successful stints with leading technology firms such as Accenture, IBM and Oracle, marketing Cloud and SaaS solutions, across EMEA. Asia Pacific, Japan & China.

With a keen interest in start ups and growing orgs, Komal took on a new mantle in Oct 2020 to lead the marketing strategy for the ITx portfolio at ServiceNow in APJ. In a year, she was promoted to lead the Solutions marketing team for the EMEA region. In addition to working at technology firms, she has successfully launched consumer brands through PR and Advertising strategy. Some of the brands she has worked on have included Titan, a fashion accessory brand, Carbon, 18k Jewellery brand, Britannia, a confectionery brand.

Komal currently serves on the advisory board of the CMO Council, a peer to peer marketing network in Europe. In her spare time, she mentors start-ups and early-career aspirants as well.
