Prior to this role, he led strategy and business development for the group and previously led strategic business development for the 3M Health Information Systems Division, and led global marketing for the 3M Health Care Business Group. Prior to 3M, he led strategy and investment consulting for clients in the finance, technology, healthcare, energy and services sectors at Kibora. Prior to Kibora, he co-founded Gordian Capital, a buyout firm where he led capital raising, deal origination, transaction structuring and execution. While there, he served as Chief Executive Officer of an HR BPO portfolio company. Prior to Gordian Capital, Robert worked at a number of firms, including Circle Capital, Piper Jaffray and UnitedHealth Group. Robert is a Director on the Minnesota Children’s Museum Board and President of the Wharton Club of Minnesota. He holds an MBA with Honors in Finance, Marketing and Operations Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, an MS in Software Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a BS Summa Cum Laude in Computer Science from Winona State University.
