Her role as Head of Consumer CRM at Westpac allows her to flex her ten plus years of strategic marketing experience in highly competitive market dynamics and varied strategic business issues such as financial services, IT/Telco and energy. Having highly developed senior-executive level communication skills and proven ability in dealing with strategic, highly complex issues, problems and challenges, Wright is able to direct and supervise project teams and counsel senior management.
